Currently, we ship exclusively within the Philippines. No matter where you are in the country, we’ve got your back!

Shipping Times
Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:

  • Order Handling: We’ll prepare your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping & Delivery:
    • Metro Manila & Luzon: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
    • Visayas & Mindanao: Expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days.

While we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, please note that some delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as high demand or courier issues.

How to Check the Status of Your Order
Want to know where your order is? It’s easy! Just visit our "Track Order" page, and you’ll be able to check the latest update on your delivery. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after your order has shipped.

What to Do if Items Are Missing
We’re committed to making sure you get your order, but if something goes wrong, here’s what you should know:

  • Incorrect Address: If the address you provided was incorrect, we won’t be able to take responsibility for any delivery issues. We’ll send your package exactly where you’ve asked us to, so double-check your shipping information when placing your order.

  • Courier Fault: If the missing item is due to a courier mistake, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Simply email us at kyozzby@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate the issue. If it’s confirmed that the item went missing through the courier’s fault, we’ll ship out a replacement.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking information. You can then visit the "Track Order" page to follow your package’s journey. Keep in mind that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to show up after the shipment has left our warehouse.
